Thermolec Ltd was founded by Cherif Menassa and his partner Camille Adib in 1973. They shared a deep passion for all things HVAC. Fast forward 50 years, and the company is now led by Cherif’s son, Daniel Menassa, who is now the acting VP of the company. But Daniel’s connection to Thermolec runs even deeper. As a young man, he spent his summers working and learning all aspects of the business, where he developed a love for the products his father’s company was creating. This experience inspired him to pursue a degree in electrical engineering, with a vision of one day leading the family business. Under the guidance of both Cherif and Daniel, the Thermolec team blends the wisdom and experience of the past with innovative thinking to create new cutting-edge products.
